What to Expect During a Reiki Session

1. Initial Chat (5-10 mins):

   • We’ll discuss your reasons for the session, any specific concerns (physical or emotional), and your goals.

   • Feel free to mention areas where you’d like focused energy healing.

2. Setting the Mood (5 mins):

   • Relax on a massage table or in a quiet space with a calming atmosphere.

   • For in-person sessions: The room will be dimly lit with essential oils and soothing music.

3. Reiki Treatment (40-45 mins):

   • In-person: I’ll place my hands on each chakra, starting from your head down to your feet.

   • Virtual: I’ll visualize each chakra and direct Reiki energy remotely.

   • I’ll focus on clearing any energetic blockages.

   • You may feel warmth, relaxation, vibrations, or even fall asleep.

4. Closing (5-10 mins):

   • I’ll gently end the session, ensuring you feel grounded and present.

   • We’ll discuss any sensations or experiences you had.

   • Drinking water is recommended to help integrate the energy

• 5 Sessions: $375 ($75 per session)

Online Sessions

• 1 Hour: $75
